Food, Farm Produce & Fermentation

On our fifteen acres we inherited many mature fruit trees and have planted over a hundred more.  We are developing agroforestry systems featuring a wide variety of fruit, nuts and high protein staple crops, nutrient-dense perennial greens, tropical tubers and more.

We cook and eat communally and our food is always tasty and creative. We produce a wide range of delicious jams, chutneys, pickles, kimchi & kraut, farm wines, and hope to do even more in the future.
